Los vengo usando hace un mes, y la verdad estoy muy comodo, son un 10, quizá un 9 porque existen los xx o los xm6. Pero tengo que decir que escucho música de otra forma, al ser los primeros gama alta que compro, encuentro sonidos que antes no escuchaba! Super feliz y espero me duren muchos años mas.

Me siento muy satisfecho con la compra de mis auriculares,el sonido es nítido y de muy buena calidad

The voice on meditation CDs was "fuzzy" with these headphones. I went through all the tests with customer service trying it with another player and through the computer but was still no good. I am now waiting for refund. Maybe I just got a faulty pair. Also the jack lead was extremely short - no good for Hi fi if there is no bluetooth.

I had been looking (and procrastinating) for a while and final took the plunge with these. So glad I did. Sound quality is excellent and the functions like track skipping and the app are great. I wear glasses and was concerned they headphones wouldn't "sit right" but I've had no issues at all.

I honestly wish I'd never bought these. Sony support is laughable, their product warranty goes against consumer protections in the UK (products with a clear design fault) and to be perfectly honest there are now much better headphones on the market. I'd had a pair of WH-1000XM3's for years, and literally wore them out through use, they were perfect! I bough a pair for my wife and later a pair for my son. After general use over the years I decided to upgrade to the XM5's - BIG MISTAKE! Read the reviews, look at the trouble everyone else has with the hinges breaking and then look elsewhere because Sony WILL NOT admit there's a design flaw (even thought there are specifically marketed reinforcements for the hinges available online) and don't expect help under warranty as they'll deny it based on "physical damage".

Bought 10 months ago and the left hinge broke. Frustrating to say the least. The quality of the physical headphones isn’t great, they feel very flimsy and well broke. Sound quality and noise cancellation is fine - not completely silent with these on but enough to make train journeys more bearable. Though sometimes they did seem to get dirt in the sensors and freak out.

Los compre hace menos de 1 mes, son excelentes en cuanto a cancelación de ruido y muy confortables pero luego de un tiempo la vincha empieza a doler y tengo q ajustar o mover pero aún asi no me deja de doler. Una pena, quizas los devuelva.

Very good quality, I am upgrading from my XM4's as I broke the head band. The noise cancelling setting does not seem to be as good as the 4's, but the sound quality is definitely better. They are comfortable.

Broke my XM4, expensive mistake. Cannot live without it so I upgraded to a XM5 (because pink is pretty). To be honest I found out XM4 was the perfect fit for me, because I think XM5's bass is not heavy enough, and the noise isolation is too good that it feels claustrophobic and gives me a mild headache sometimes. The padded head band of XM5 is also too thin so it hurts after long usage, XM4 is a much more comfortable wear. Technically you can change the sound profile of XM5 via an official Sony app called Sound Connect, but it's just not as preferable to me. That's my opinion as a sensitive audiophile. But if you're just wondering if this is high quality, it very much is so and it is a solid choice!

Really pleased with this purchase. The noise cancellation is very impressive as ‘road tested’ on a recent flight to Southampton. Ear buds simply don’t work for me - must be my ear profile. Handy and secure carry case. It’s not cheap but it does exactly what it says on the tin. Money well spent if you can afford it.

Sorprende la calidad del sonido y la cancelación del ruido externo, lo aisla del exterior completamente. Muy comodos, los auriculares se adaptan perfectamente logrando una comodidad en el uso perfecta para mi experiencia en el uso.

Demasiado top! La capacidad para insonorizar el ruido externo es brutal! He pasado por avenidas bulliciosas en plena hora pico (la Javier Prado cruce con la arequipa)... Ningub ruido interrumpe mi música

Están bien, cuando se usan con cancelación de ruido, no son muy cómodos, mejor dicho, no son los más cómodos, por ejemplo a mí me quedan mejor cuando los uso al revés, el canal izquierdo en la oreja derecha y el canal derecho en la oreja izquierda.

Me gusta mucho el diseño y las facilidades de compra.

Anteriormente tuve los XM4 y me fascinó su calidad de sonido. Al actualizar a los XM5 sin invertir una gran suma, noté una mejora sustancial. Los prefiero sobre el modelo anterior porque su diseño no plegable le otorga una estructura mucho más robusta. Además, el rendimiento del audio es sencillamente excelente, muy al estilo de Sony.

I purchased about a month ago for a flight , unbelievable sound quality , the noise cancelling features fully blocked out any sound on the plane. These headphones barely used any charge on a 4 hour flight so would be able to use both ways and full holiday without charge. I found these headphones very comfortable to wear for extended house and the controls on side of the headphone was extreamly useful saving me using my phone to skip n pause songs

I bought these headphones a few days ago, and have been using them ever since. The moment I opened the box, and held the headphones, I was felt that they were quite fragile. The hinges that held the parts that covered the ears were designed to break. So, I'm quite disappointed. I just wish the ANC was more effective, it isn't good enough to mute out the noise of water boiling.
