A sophisticated camera but the menus are complicated and the absence of a basic printed manual does not help. The zoom is poor and the supposedly easy S/Q option seems to prefer time-lapse by default. An expensive toy unless you know what you are doing.

Right off the bat, highly disappointed because the batteries show up dead and you cannot charge them any other way except though the camera. Oh it also DOES NOT come with it’s own charger.

Compré este producto hace unos meses para celebrar que aprobé una oposición. Utilizo la cámara para grabar vídeos en excursiones y también porque me grabo dando clase a alumnos. Está muy bien, pero necesita estudio para sacar el máximo partido a la cámara. La lente kit que viene está bien, ahora estoy ahorrando para una lente mejor 35 mm 1.8 f

Es una camara preciosa, con mil utilidades diferentes que tengo que explorar, aun asi, el modo automático va genial y la batería aguanta muchisimo! La calidad de imagen es perfecta, estoy muy contenta!

Es mi primera cámara y usando el lente Sony de 35mm f1.8 la verdad que graba de maravilla con un desenfoque de fondo hermoso. Lo único que encontré de malo es que el sensor no es estabilizado por lo que hay que recurrir a un gimbal estabilizador o usar la estabilización digital, pero esta última tiene un recorte de video por lo que hace incómodo grabar con tanto zoom

I purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II just two weeks ago. While the image quality and features are impressive for content creation, I am very concerned about the build quality of the USB-C port. From day one, the port felt 'wobbly.' Even with the original Sony cable, there is a significant physical play (loose connection). Initially, I thought it was a software glitch because my Mac wouldn't recognize the camera, but it turned out to be a combination of a software conflict (with the smartphone connection) and this unstable physical port. Even when it's working, the connection is fragile. If I slightly touch the cable, the Mac loses the connection. For a camera designed for vloggers and streamers who rely on this port for charging and data transfer, this is a serious reliability risk. Pros: Excellent autofocus and compact design. Cons: Flimsy USB-C port construction; inconsistent connection with Mac out of the box. Advice to others: Check your USB port immediately after purchase. If it feels loose, consider an exchange before your return window closes.

I charged the cam out of the box. Visuals are great! Not sure if the camera was warm by me just charging it but I have to see how the heat will do. Overall satisfied

Lo que le echo en falta es el visor. Por lo demás , perfecta

La cámara cumple con todo lo esperado y es excesivamente buena para lo que vale, realmente siento que Sony se esmeró mucho con esta cámara pero lo que me disgustó completamente, fue el servicio de Delivery. Solo tienen dos intentos porque sino te vuelven a cobrar el envío y lo que sucedió es que el día que supuestamente me iban a entregar no fue así. Recién a las 11 de la noche me llaman de que no llegarán pero marcan de que no estuve ausente publicando una casa que no era mía. Me parece nefasto. Tuve que meter mi reclamo por si en caso volvía a suceder y supongo que por haberlo visto con todo y pruebas, se contactaron inmediatamente conmigo por whatsapp para resolver la situación.

Hola! Primer producto de Sony (de muchísimos que he tenido a lo largo de mi vida) que no me satisfizo, por lo cual estoy en proceso de devolverlo. Mas allá de la belleza de la cámara, tamaño, calidad de la pantalla y botones en general tuve 3 problemas: - Una vez no me dejaba apagarla por mas que reintenté; tuve que extraerle la batería para poder hacerlo - En otra oportunidad y en un video de solo 7 minutos de duración calentó excesivamente y hubo que apagarla - Transfiriendo un video por Bluetooth dio por finalizado el proceso pero el archivo no apareció en la computadora. Aunque pude quedármela, y hacer valer la garantía, me parecieron problemas que excedían un mal funcionamiento de esta cámara en especial. Reintentaré quizás con una parecida pero full-frame.

Esta camariga bien usada es casi una camara de cine... no puedo pedir mas por el precio

recently purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II, excited to use it for content creation. Unfortunately, within days of ownership, the camera’s lens contacts failed. The pins collapsed without any misuse on my part. When I contacted Sony support, I was shocked to be told there were “no options” under warranty and that I would have to pay nearly $500 out of pocket for a repair on a camera I had just purchased. This is extremely disappointing for a company of Sony’s reputation. What makes this worse is that the product clearly failed on its own. Instead of standing behind their warranty and supporting a new customer, Sony shifted all responsibility to me. I expected better customer care and accountability. I now feel hesitant about investing in Sony products in the future, and I want others to be aware that even brand-new purchases may not be supported if something goes wrong.

Muy buen producto, tanto para video como para foto, buenos colores los 10 bits son geniales a la hora de editar, muy compacta y lista para llevar a cualquier lugar

Compré ésta Cámara para Uso Personal y también para iniciarme en éste mundo increíble... La idea es usarla con otro lente aparte del Kit, la usaría para RealState, eventos y paisajes, mi próximo lente podría ser un 10-20mm Gran Angular y 11mm nose todavía. Leeo sugerencias.. Muy contento con mi nueva Cámara para aprender y seguir creciendo con las Mirrorless.

I really love how small this camera is, I can easily carry it around with me when traveling but it still captures an amazing image. You’re getting their best APSC sensor in this thing, it really is powerful. My only down sides are lack of IBIS and a viewfinder would’ve been cool.
